Digital Marketing Specialist

Due to our ongoing growth, we are actively seeking top performers for our team - a qualified Digital Marketing Specialist focusing on internet marketing and graphic design to assist in executing marketing strategies and objectives.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage development and maintenance of the Fire-Dex website and other online programs
  • Oversee ongoing site development, including implementation of new/updated functions, features, content, etc.
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Assist in designing, editing and proofreading advertisements, literature and email marketing campaigns
  • Assist with projects and activities for marketing products and services
  • Assist with maintaining marketing databases including catalogs and order system
  • Coordinate direct mails, packages, letters, catalogs and other sales literature
  • May conduct customer surveys to obtain marketing information about company products and services
  • May require occasional travel to tradeshows, industry meetings or other events

Candidates should possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1-3 years of progressive marketing experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams as well as possess self-accountability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems
  • Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred
  • Experience with web design and/or animation is a strong plus
  • Ability to travel an average of 10% a year, may be higher during the first year as a part of onboarding

Customer Service Representative

Due to our ongoing growth, we are actively seeking top performers for our team - a self-motivated and multi-tasking Customer Service Representative providing thorough customer service and processing orders and inquiries received through computer, telephone, fax or email in a professional and efficient manner.

Hours are 8:00 am- 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Primary duties include:
•  Communicating with customers regarding various information needed
•  Entering and editing orders and related details
•  Recording or filing copies of orders
•  Organizing special shipping arrangements when applicable
•  Receiving, investigating and recording customer complaints

Candidates should possess the following:
•  High school diploma or equivalent
•  Technical customer service experience
•  Account management experience is a strong plus
•  Previous manufacturing, factory or warehouse and/or end-user finished goods experience is a plus
•  Proficiency to communicate well with all different levels and customers both inside and outside of the organization, including verbally and written
•  Ability to read for understanding, follow and retain multiple work instructions, procedure manuals, software manuals and other business documents
•  Efficient with multi-tasking, including being productive while handling re-directions and interruptions based upon business needs
•  Ability to remain organized with and keep track of multiple sources of information and data
•  Follow through and diligence
•  Ability to work in teams as well as possess self-accountability

Production Sewing Associates - 2nd Shift

Seeking Production Sewing Associates, also known as Sewing Machine Operators, Sewers, Industrial Sewers, Sewists, Seamstresses, and/or Tailors!

We are actively seeking self-motivated and energetic candidates for our fast-paced operations! Primary responsibilities include sewing on various materials, typically in a team environment, to create apparel, including: pants, coats, hoods and suspenders, etc.

We are currently hiring for full-time on 2nd shift. The hours are 3:00 pm until 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday. (Hours on Fridays can be flexible to start and end earlier in the day!)

Candidates should possess the following:
High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent
Ability to work standing in a cutting and sewing environment
Basic math including measurements and the ability to read and understand a tape measure
Ability to read for understanding, follow and retain multiple work instructions
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in teams as well as possess self-accountability
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to follow visual and quality requirements for products being manufactured
Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
Focus on safety
Values, solicits, and utilizes input from others
Ability to understand and/or learn and support lean efforts
Sewing skills/experience are a strong plus, but we will train
• Previous manufacturing or factory or warehouse experience is a plus

We have a comprehensive training program and with $10.50 per hour to start, plus weekly performance incentives and $1 per hour shift differential. High performers have a potential to earn more than $15 per hour after their first year.
