Bill Burke is the President of Fire-Dex. Bill has been with the company since 1984, became Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 1989, and has been President since 1996. Bill has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Akron, and a Masters in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College. His goal is to help all of our customers across the world have access to the finest and most innovative fire fightering apparel available in the industry. He is married with two daughters.

Mike Orazen is the Chief Operating Officer for Fire-Dex. He joined Fire-Dex in February 2010. He obtained a Bachelor of Science from Miami University and his Masters in Business Administration from John Carol University as well as studied Best Practices for Family Business for a year at Case Western Reserve. As former President of EPG, he was an integral part of their multiple million dollar growth and brings with him over 20 years of experience. He resides in Hudson with his wife and four children.

Steve Bonamer joined Fire-Dex as the National Sales & Marketing Manager in 2005. Steve has a bachelor's degree from the Ohio State University and has worked in both sales & sales management since 1990. Steve is married and has 3 children: 2 girls and a boy.

Lance Matiste has been with Fire-Dex since 2000. As the Strategic Account Manager, Lance will be working in conjunction with our current distribution channel and regional sales managers to increase the Fire-Dex presence in metro fire departments. He has a BS in Marketing from the University of Arizona and sales experience that dates back to 1988. With a background in both emergency response and uniform sales, Lance is well suited to understand the needs of fire departments.

Allen Rom is Senior Regional Sales Manager for the Souteast territory (T-20), which encompasses the southeastern coastline. Allen joined Fire-Dex in 2000. Allen has held a variety of sales and management positions since graduating from Ashland College in 1985 with a BSBA. Allen is married and has a son Parker and daughter Amanda.

Bob Tharp is the Fire-Dex Regional Manager for the Pacific States territory (T-50), and is based in Murietta, California. Bob joined Fire-Dex in 2004, bringing over 20 years experience supporting customers in a variety of sales and management positions. Bob is married and has two grown daughters.

Bob Stuart is the Regional Sales Manager for the Gulf States territory (T-40), which covers the southern United States, including Texas. Bob joined Fire-Dex in 2006, and is based in Spring, Texas. His background includes 11 years as a Senior Engineer for Picker International, and five years in publishing, managing the gulf coast area. Bob is married with one grown son.

Jeff Koledo covers Fire-Dex’s Northeast territory (T-60), which includes the New England and the Mid-Atlantic regions. Jeff joined Fire-Dex in 2006, and lives in central Massachusetts. Jeff has a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Franklin Pierce College and prior to joining Fire-Dex worked for many years in specialty metals business.

Dave Robinson is the Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes territory (T30), which includes Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, western Pennsylvania, and western New York. Dave has a technical degree in computer science and business management from the Institute of Computer Science and Business Management (ICM). With 20 years of experience in sales management primarily in the area of indirect dealer distribution he is a great addition to the Fire-Dex team. He is a lifelong resident of Northern Ohio and currently resides with his wife in Tallmadge, Ohio.

Jack Miedema is president of Pinnacle Marketing, and his associates represent Fire-Dex throughout the Canada territory (T-98). Miedema started Pinnacle in 1998, and together with his associates also represents Scott® Airpacks, Snap-Tite® hose, Elkhart® brass, Hale/Class1, and Federal Signal Emergency Products. Jack and his associates will cover the entire Canadian market, using existing associates in British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec. Jack, joined Fire-Dex in 2004, and along with his wife and three children, resides in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Tricia Hock joined Fire-Dex in September 2004 in the area of Research and Development. She is currently the Product Manager. She is responsible for Fire-Dex's new technology lab and initiating new projects involving state-of-the-art textiles and implementing new designs to the market. She is married with two sons.

She brings with her over 5 years of quality engineering and operations management experience.
