Bob Keys, FDNY:
Chief Bob Keys is a decorated Battalion Chief who recently completed a 31 year career within the Fire Department – City of New York, FDNY. He is considered an industry expert on the incorporation of new technology into the Fire Service, improving communication and personnel safety. Chief Keys played a key role in the rebuilding of the FDNY following the aftermath of 9/11. He has been awarded numerous medals for heroic/life-saving acts of bravery including the FF Thomas Elsasser Medal in 1993 and the FDNY 9/11 World Trade Center Rescuer Medal in 2001.

Daniel DiRenzo, Safety & Survival:
Daniel DiRenzo is a Captain with the Cherry Hill (NJ) Fire Department assigned to Squrt 51. He has previously served as a Lieutenant at Squad Company 13, the Field Command Office and with the Hazardous Materials Unit. DiRenzo is a Captain/Department Training Officer with the Bellmawr (NJ) Fire Department and a Rescue Specialist with New Jersey USAR Task Force 1. DiRenzo is the Managing Member and instructor of Safety & Survival Training, LLC and has been featured in Fire Engineering’sTraining Minutes, Tactical Building Blocks Series and has written articles for Pennwell’s Fire Engineering and Fire Apparatus magazines.

Cindy Ell, International Firefighter Cancer Foundation:
Cindy Ell is a retired firefighter/Critical Care Paramedic originally from the Anne Arundel County Fire Department, with a background in emergency communications and investigations. After a cancer cluster occurred among the firefighters she served with in Maryland, Cindy began researching and tracking firefighter cancer and carcinogens. As a result of her findings, The Firefighter Cancer Foundation was launched in 2004.

Recognized for her ability to break down barriers associated with Firefighter Cancer, Cindy is a much sought after keynote speaker, and has participated in many national forums, summits and conferences creating awareness and advocacy for the First Responder community.
