Rental Program Coordinator- Dayton, OH
Hours of Work: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
We’re seeking a self-motivated Rental Program Coordinator who will provide production intake and output while using a balance of physical ability, troubleshooting and detail-oriented skills and computer experience. Main responsibilities will be providing both warehouse and quality support through receiving and logging orders, processing, inspecting and testing orders and packaging garment orders for shipping various personal protective equipment (PPE) for firefighters. This job is based out of our Dayton, OH location.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Accurately enter garment data in internal tracking system
- Provide customer service through phone and email communications
- Process new rental gear requests and returned rentals
- Follow up on pending and open rental orders
- Assist with inventory management
- Conduct weekly reporting
- Complete work according to company quality standards while achieving company efficiency standards
- Provide support as directed to repair department
- May assist with creating invoices
- Develop strong working knowledge and understanding through referencing and following company procedures, such as laundry and garment inspection and testing, general operations, and cleaning and preparation work procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or receiving department, handling warranties, repairs or refurbishments, and logistics is very helpful
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Must be familiar with current software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds due to the nature ofhandling shipments and garments
- Significant troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; has a solution focused mindset
- Demonstrate adaptability to learn new skills
- Possess a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills
- Self-motivated with desire to work hard to meet goals
- Ability to read and execute instructions and procedures with varying details and carefully work to follow safety standards
- Ability to work positively in teams as well as possess self-accountability
- Efficient with prioritizing and multi-tasking, including being productive while handling re-directions and interruptions based upon organizational needs
- Possess a strong sense of urgency, follow-through and diligence, including meeting deadlines
- Open and effective communicator with co-workers, supervisors, and customers
- Ability to remain organized with and keep track of multiple sources of information and data
