We are currently seeking a qualified Sales Operations Administrator to manage sales leads and our product evaluation process. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented and efficient with multi-tasking and prioritizing.

This is a remote position based out of your home office. Onboarding training at Fire-Dex Headquarters in Medina, Ohio is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinates with marketing team to generate sales leads
  • Sales lead qualification and processing, managing the sales cycle from start to finish
  • Works closely with sales team to manage and update leads and opportunities in CRM
  • Assigns and manages tasks for continued follow up
  • Reviews data in CRM for completeness and accuracy
  • Gathers & compiles data on product evaluations and communicates findings both internally and externally
  • Develops reports to measure various sales metrics
  • Provides training on sales processes for new sales associates

Candidates should possess the following:

  • Minimum of a 2-year Associates degree in related field
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical data and specifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strengths in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Possess excellent typing and data entry skills
  • Ability to work from home office
  • Experience with the following systems is preferred: Salesforce or other CRM (customer relationship management) Software
  • Ability to work in teams as well as possess self-accountability
  • Proficiency to communicate well with all different levels, both inside and outside of the organization, including verbal, electronic, and written
  • Efficient with prioritizing and multi-tasking, including being productive while handling re-directions and interruptions based upon business needs
  • Possess a high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be flexible and accommodating
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency, follow-through, and diligence, including meeting deadlines and can remain organized with and keep track of multiple sources of information and data
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
