Fire-Dex believes that every firefighter deserves custom-fitted gear. No two firefighters are the same, so why should your gear be? We’ve worked with hundreds of female firefighters to refine our fits and measurements, creating that gear that goes beyond “good enough.”

Our turnout gear includes custom features that make donning, doffing, and every movement in between more efficient. The flared jacket option accommodates wider hips while preventing bunching and extra fabric in the chest; the relaxed-fit pants allow for easier donning and doffing, saving you valuable seconds before the fire and enhanced mobility on the job.
Customization starts even before the gear is made. The perfect fit starts with good measurements. That’s why our virtual sizer technology takes hip and bra size into consideration, resulting in more accurate coat and pant measurements. The sizer learns over time, so we measured hundreds of women to make the system more accurate for everyone.
